Cancellation/Exchanges/Returns

· CJ Logistics International return label included with each order

· Use our Customer Care to book a return for exchange or refund

· If your order is in the waiting/payment status, you can cancel the order yourself.

· If the order is being prepared, please make a request for cancellation through Customer Care

· Once the order is shipped, you need to proceed with the return process after receiving it. In this case, customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs

· If you want to exchange or return the order, please make a request through Customer Care within 3 days of receiving the order

· If the order is sent back without making a request for returns or exchanges, it may not be processed

· Returned items will be inspected and whether or not to be accepted will be determined

· Depending on the payment method, it may take 7 to 10 business days to receive a refund.


Exchanges/Returns will be refused in the following cases:

· Item is damaged in anyway

· Item tag is removed and damaged

· Packaging is damaged(except for cases where the product is simply opened)

· Enclosed or included accessories are missing or lost

· Product shows signs of being worn or is damaged

· There are traces of fragrance or cosmetics

· Gift is not returned or used, if applicable


Return Policy

· Request for and exchange or return needs to be made within 7 days of receiving orders

· Orders must be in original condition. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in anyway

· Return will be refused if there is any stains or scent left

· Refund or exchange is issued after our inspection procedure

· Refunds will be issued via your original payment method

· Please note that it may take 7~14 business days to clear the funds back onto your account or card

Refund

If you cancel an order when the product is being prepared and payment has been completed

· Refunds are processed through the original payment method, and refunds cannot be processed by changing to another payment method

· If a card is used as a payment method, it may take some time (3-7 business days) to confirm the actual refund depending on the card company's policy or circumstances. Please contact your card company for specific refund schedule.


If you want a refund after shipping and receiving the product

· Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped, so we will proceed with the return process after receipt. After inspecting the returned item, if there are no issues, a refund will be processed the next day

· In case of return due to customer's cancellation of order, excluding wrong delivery or defective item, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting the shipping fee (original shipping fee + one for return)
